How to Book an Appointment
Step 1
Click the “book now” link to head to our patient portal. Here, you will be able to create an account with us, or log in to your existing account. Select the date and time that works best for you and book your appointment. Our office will confirm your appointment and send you forms to fill out before your visit.
Step 2
You and your provider will meet either in person or via video chat through a secure telehealth platform from the comfort of your own home. During your consultation, your provider will assess your unique needs, discuss your weight loss goals, and provide tailored recommendations. Our health and wellness experts will be able to answer all of your questions and set you on a course towards an effective and sustainable weight loss journey.
Step 3
You and your provider will determine the best treatment plan for you based on your individual healthcare needs, and a prescription will then be sent to the pharmacy that same day.
